Feedback gevenOrdered from this location online. Was told 69 minutes on my confirmation email, that was at 633 pm. Called the store at 745pm all the lady said was it was out for delivery, she couldn't tell me when I might get my food and complained that they have hada 2 hour delivery time all night. Not what my email said. Called again at 833pm, got the same rude response. Told her to justcancel my order. The delivery driver showed up with my food at 858pm I refused my order
I hate that I feel the need to do this...so Pizza was luke warm. It took about an hour and a half to get an order that was over $100 and it was all barley warm. The staff wasn't unfriendly but surly not helpful. When I was told it wasn't ready yet itclearly was based on the temperature of it. Missing wings that were disgusting. I don't even want to deal with getting my moneyback. Slip this one and every Pappa John's. The last 3 I've been to are complete garbage. Save your money and time.
I had to stop eating pizza due to health reasons but since pizza is one of my favorite foods, I thought I'd try the gluten free crust. I have to say it was great. I was even craving it so I went back 2 days later and both another one!
Every time I?ve ordered from this location it?s been a minimum of two hours waiting for my delivery no matter what time of day. Tonight we waited 2 hours for ONE pizza, called and asked where it was and was told it would be another hour. Cancelled ourorder and got Michaelangelos for less money in half an hour.
This place is ridiculous. We called before 7pm and they told us it would be 2 hours before they deliver a pizza to our hotel! News flash Papa Johns you are not all that or all that great to be taken the luxury of taking this long. The only reason weordered was out of supposed convenience and thinking it would be quick. We were hungry and i don?t even eat pizza thatfrequently. Not even the best pizza takes this long. Never ever will I order from any franchise.
