I understand that OpenTable does not guarantee a reservation, but after checking in, two families who arrived after me were seated before me. I was a family of four, while the other parties were larger. I was unsure why I had to wait so long, and the hostess seemed to purposely ignore me when I tried to talk to her. Eventually, I had to wait for her co-worker to assist me.

The novice waitress was left to fend for herself during her first week on the job, which is understandable but disappointing. She accidentally spilled soda and, despite our efforts to assist, the mess was not properly cleaned up. I ordered the 4-course meal for $17.99 but never received my soup. Furthermore, she overcharged us for dessert. While we chose not to make a fuss because of her inexperience, it is crucial for all orders to be double-checked, especially during peak times such as the end of the financial week.

Our reservation was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. We arrived on time, but the staff informed us that we would have to wait for 5 minutes, which ended up being 30 minutes. The restaurant did not seem organized, as many tables and stands were empty and the staff appeared disoriented, unsure of what to do.

We eat there all the time. we have birthday parties, births and what else we think. excellent as usual.
