The prices are incredibly affordable, with meals averaging between $1 and $10. I highly recommend trying the Biscuits and Gravy, which were rich and flavorful—comfort food at its finest. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked, making them a must-have. For something savory, the BLT was delicious, with crispy bacon and fresh ingredients that brought the dish to life. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for breakfast, offering great food at unbeatable prices!

The Trading Post reminds me of a charming boutique deli in downtown New York City, and I absolutely loved it. You must try the bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame seed bagel—it's a must!

We enjoyed an incredible dinner of shrimp and grits. The chef expertly layered a delightful medley of flavors. The grits were creamy and traditional, topped with perfectly cooked shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes, tender greens, and more, all smothered in a perfectly seasoned sauce. The portion was generously large, making it more than enough to share.

On the bright side, everyone else at the table seemed to thoroughly enjoy their meals! All the appetizers we tried were excellent and tasted amazing. If you haven't been to the Trading Post yet, I highly recommend checking it out the next time you're in Emerald Isle. Kid-friendliness: They have an extensive kids' menu that caters to all ages, so even if your child eats lightly or prefers smaller portions, they can order from that menu. Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is quite low, making it easy to navigate for those in wheelchairs.
