The truth is, very bad service. I don't recommend that they ever pay attention to your orders. I ordered one type of hamburger and they gave me another type. The same thing has happened to me twice now. I will not buy at the restaurant again.
The truth is that the automatic system they have is terrible, it doesn't work very well, it really takes away the desire to order or return to the place to buy.
Store is advertised to open at 6:00am. Signage on door indicates same. I arrived at 6:10am and doors still locked with no exterior lights on. Evidently this location doesn't have adequate staffing or perhaps bad store Mgr. Update: at 6:15 someone finally turned the lights on. At 6:20am a female employee finally acknowledged my presence (I'd been waiting at the door since 6:10am . She made some sort of circling gesture with her hand (I guess to instruct me to use the drive-thru? . Sorry, I don't eat in my car. Apparently they don't need my business. I drove a few blocks away to McD's. The food isn't as good, but at least I can depend on them to be open as advertised. Sorry Carl- I won't be back.
The drive through ordering automation sucks! Stop asking me so many questions and trying upsell me to everything else on the menu! And stop playing Mexican music in the lobby. We are in the USA!
