Coast 101 - Encinitas

The sign along the 101 reads, “sushi, fish and real food.” In the restaurant, the first thing I noticed were the blue glazed countertops of their sushi bar and the pirate theme bar. Curious to the new restaurant, I went around and each room was decorated differently, but still with a united theme, that is a socal vibe. The staff are friendly and all welcomed me with sincerity and a smile. I had dinner in the indoor/outside room, the blanket was covered with bamboo and straw. Also, all bamboo trees fed along the outdoor parameters of the restaurant. I ordered her house salad and grilled mahi mahi for dinner. The service was good and the food delicious. They also have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, which ensures a great night. Give this restaurant a try and you know what, you like it, and come back!
