Chili's Grill - Encino

I have been going here since I was around 7-8 and it's so nice. Super nice staff and the food here for some reason is better than the food at any other chilis I've had. We've had it delivered, we've had to dine in and every time it HITS. I've made greatmemories in this chilis, food is delicious, drinks too.

Chili's is one of my favorite haunts. And hands down, one of the top spots to get a quality steak dinner at a reasonable price. Service is always outstanding. That's why I keep coming back.

When we did, the staff initially criticized us for reaching out, even though it wasn’t our fault. Then, Ronnie laughed at us during the call. She mentioned they’d send a gift card, but after 30 minutes of wasted time looking for our sandwich order, it was clear she hadn’t followed through. Despite her promises, we never received the gift card. After such a stressful day, being laughed at only added to our frustration, and they didn’t rectify the order. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m shocked at how poorly Ronnie handled the situation and allowed her employee to criticize us for calling the day after we discovered the mistake. It was utterly ridiculous. Lastly, I’ve included a photo below—why would I lie about an $11 sandwich?!

The service was outstanding, and the food was quite tasty! We arrived just before the dinner rush, which allowed us to enjoy the restaurant without the crowd. Overall, it's a great spot to relax and escape the chaos!

We were not even allowed to sit at the bar to eat! The restaurant wasn't busy, but the kitchen was backed up, resulting in a 20-minute wait at 3 PM. This is completely unacceptable, especially since we drove out of our way to dine here. I usually love Chili's, but this location is seriously lacking in customer service.
