Denny's - Englewood

I never had a bad meal at this point. Food and staff are always great. Plus food is usually ready when I get there. Some nights may be short occupied, just give them time, it is worth it!

Was quickly set and found the table clean. Jo was our server. She was friendly and customer-oriented and did not hurry to order. Our food was served hot and just like we ordered. Very satisfied with this location.

The staff here is always very friendly, especially Marlene. The food usually comes quickly and at a good temperature. I love the potatoes and the zucchini and squash page options. The toilet(s) leave much to be desired. The ladies' room smells bad at mold and some of the toilets didn't seem to be in the work order. The dining area is always clean, but the bathrooms are so bad. Unfortunately, they always seem to be underused for the customer base they have, but the staff that is there seems to remain positive and do their best to maintain the customer flow.

We were glad to see it so busy today. Waitresses were great. A problem, and it wasn't just today when it was full. It happens when there are 6 people. The woman behind the register, Patty, is very rude. She was badly waiting for customers and in front of customers. She said I should just go. Waiting is very hard work, but your waitress, always smile. The woman behind the register needs some customer service training. Everyone was shocked how she treated people. Not good

We love this Denny's. We eat breakfast and the food is always consistently good. They are short of help as all restaurants currently are, but they work together to make sure each customer is taken care of. I always felt sorry for the Hostess Patty. She was sitting people (when servers were available), taking carry out orders, cleaning tables, working the register, etc. It was clear to see she was frustrated but she hung in there. Hard working, caring people. People who are working in restaurants in this climate should be considered heros and customers need to be more considerate of overworked staff.
