I get to meet, but I'd think her customer service would be more important and a poor lady who cooks alone. the people behind me waited longer. work ethics is no longer a thing
I don't know if it is because they don't have enough workers or what, but the dining room was closed and had only the drive-thru open. This made for a very long wait time. I have also seen the opposite were the dining room was open, but the drive-thru was closed. This is quite a hassle for food that is at best mediocre.
On 1/4/22 I came to this Taco Bell just to pick up a DoorDash order for my customers. The lobby was closed so I went to the drive-thru. Literally waited in the drive-thru line for about 15-20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Tried calling the store and they just kept hanging up. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
An 8 car drive through line took more than 30 minutes to get through. Lobby is also closed. And to top it all off they got my order wrong.
As strange as that sounds, this was my FIRST food stop after I had returned to the usa (denver) from mexiko! I was so glad to be back on the floor after a long trip! I was also excited to have some mountain dew because it didn't seem to be a drop of it somewhere in mexiko! ? the service at this particular place was amazing! bonus: they could give me my favorite chilli cheese burrito! those of you chilli cheese burrito fans know that not all taco bell stands this (from whatever reason)....so it is always a big day when they tell me, yes, we do that so? I think that was the taco bell on dry creek rd in denver. well done to the staff/location?
