My wife and I were looking for something to do tonight and checked out the local brewery, Cerebral Brewing online to see what food truck was there. Uptown Humboldt was listed and the menu looked solid so went there this evening. The food absolutely did not disappoint! Excellent food and the service was great, we had a pretzel bun burger and the lamb gyro and they were fantastic. We absolutely recommend them! Loved it!

The truffle fries are the BEST thing ever!! Highly recommend. Everything looked incredible and people are very friendly!
