Sergios - Erewash

Well, what can i say.... Nothing too much trouble for this super friendly efficient takeaway. The pizza and steak kebab are to die for

Ordered the “Sergio Special” kebab with salad, which is advertised as served on pitta. It arrived still somewhat hot, but looked like an absolute dogs dinner having been dumped into the tray and smothered in cheap sauce. Worse still, it was served on naan (which I specifically avoid) and had no salad. The chicken was okay (though dry) while the steak was so tough as to be inedible, and the doner appeared uncooked. Couldn’t even eat the “fries”, which were obviously just cheap oven chips. Managed about three bites and the whole lot went in the bin. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place has definitely gone down hill, rude staff management, our order was delivered with missing food when I rang to ask for my order to be redeliverd with the missing items I was greeted with you can f##k off and the phone was put down on me!!!! Absolutely disgusting service

So I was in the area and I fancied something to eat and this was the first place I saw. I thought great ! I can get a pizza or a Kebab, something quick and tasty, brilliant ! so I parked up. But as I got toward the shop I noticed a guy smoking and spitting on the ground. To my surprise he turned round and he was one of the employees !! He had the t shirt on and everything. My initial thought was “no I don’t think so”. I got back in my car and drove off. Not painting a very good picture of cleanliness. I know I have not tried the food but that was enough for me. If they haven’t got any respect for the presentation of the business then why would they have any for the food they create.

The service was terrible. The employees were rude and useless. Items ordered were not delivered, and when we contacted the restaurant to have them deliver the missing items and when they arrived refused to give them to us unless we repaid the full fee. Absolutely terrible.
