Burger King - Erlangen

I tend to stop and eat burgers when I'm in a hurry. There are big differences between BK's here and in the States. There could be a little more attention to detail. Lettuce and tomatoes could be crispier, meat a little hotter.

Bestellungen werden hier wohl grundsätzlich nur zu 70 % herausgegeben. 3 x dort gewesen und bei jedem Mal fehlten mehrere Artikel ( z. B. Cola, Ketchup, einmal sogar ein Burger !!)

Burger king forchheim ober franken Zweig some of the crews front are not so friendly, they are not so helpful or polite in the answering of customers, dear bk, but in this industry was not so good experience always different people all the time, I speak about. the new people there regular employees who I always meet are nice, new people who need to be hired, how is good customer service, as I am always differently treated only in this industry! only in this fast eating. it feels terrible as the love bk burger is delicious, sad! after 8 years to alleviate these people, this treatment never wants to go back there!

They always treated so friendly and were fast and we have always done well all we have ordered (which is not always happening in our experience with fast food chains.)
