I order online paid 80$ some how it withdrew from my card but they couldn’t find my order or didn’t get it. I go through the drive through and Meghan was a total you know what, to add to frustration I had to wait 45 minutes in the line because the lobby was closed during operation hours and there was only four cars. They refused to help me and shut the drive through door in my face.
We love Popeye’s food always amazing, but my god can they remember the dipping sauce on drive through?? Over the last 10 visits of this location they have forgot the sauce 7 times. This is not a one off, it’s the normality. This visit the drive thru was busy so parked to walk in to get sauce myself as I did not wanna wait in drive thru for sauce that should have been there in the first place…….. Door locked during lobby open hours?! Thus adding to the inconvenience and frustration. Seems like a simple fix with training or programming (idk your system) you ask what dipping sauce we want, put it in system so it’s on the screen for employees to reference while handing food. If this already exists then maybe make it pop up bigger on screen or have management mention it at pre shift meetings everyday tell this is second nature to employees (as it already should be) Make it the normality to actually get sauce at Popeyes!!!
Waited an hour for my order. Siting doing lobby first then mobile order. So I ordered in the lobby instead of online. Still put me behind these mobile orders
