Accessibility: there are 2 handicap parking spots directly in front of the entrance to this place and ramps to get to the front door. There are two small benches to sit at right outside the front doors, and the doors are pull to enter. Once inside it is all smoothe, flat ground, and wheelchair accessible restrooms. The seating is wheelchair accessible with tons of tables and moveable chairs.Experience: the employees were helpful with answering questions but definitely didn't seem to enjoy being there...lol understandable though because working in a restaurant usually sucks. The pizza was just okay in my opinion and my girlfriend's, but we both absolutely loved their brownies! The brownies were warm and delicious with a perfect amount of chewy. I think I would only come back for the brownies.

Took my gram in here for pizza. We ordered a large Supreme, and a small 2 topping pizza . The large pizza didnt taste good at all, and for the small pizza it seemed like they took pizza from the buffet, pieced it together and served us. It honestly tasted like old, spoiled pizza. Shame on you Shakeys, over charging people here. I literally could have bought the cheapest microwave pizza at the grocery store and it would've been so much better . Never coming back!!!! I write 100% honest reviews .

I've been to a few shakeys before and they have always been the same. Nice, clean, friendly and great food, but this one takes the cake for sure! It is super modern and the staff has been great! The cashier, Lydia, was super helpful and attentive. I asked for a kind of pizza and she asked the kitchen to make it and even brought slices to where I was sitting! She came by and cleared plates throughout our whole visit. The manager also came by to make sure everything was okay as well. Overall very pleased about this experience. Would definitely come here again if I am ever back in the area!

Havnt been to a Shakeys in years because i live south SD. Finally, as good as I remember! Fresh and sooo yummy!! Went on a Wednesday, not busy but had a bday party going on. Happy hr before 6pm!
