This place had great reviews but our experience was a little disappointing. Service was slow and not good compared to our night at hartwood. Portion sizes are TINY. And EXPENSIVE. I did a lot of research and was disappointed with this place. We had a couple vegans and the restaurant was out of 2 of the vegan options the night we were there. Portions were so small and none of us were satisfied. I recommend hartwood over this every time.

Very original cuisine. Tasty. Friendly service. Good cocktails. At night, it is in the heart of busy Tulum, and in front of noisy Rosa Negra. Partygoers will enjoy. If you are looking for quietness, it will be more challenging

Should have read the previous reviews. My husband and I shared the tuna skewers and lamp chop appetizer followed by the pork in clay. Everything tasted fine, interesting mix of flavors. Hit me a few hours later and my husband early the next morning and literally ruined our last day in Tulum. Couldn't leave the room with vomiting and diarrhea. This place should truly be closed down if this keeps happening.

Food was a bit off the mark and service was weak. Plus I unfortunately got the runs later that night. Based on this single experience I wouldn’t recommend.

All along the resort strip there are these wonderful places to eat. For some reason, we were drawn to Mur Mur the hostess was so very engaging and inviting .... Then inside the manager greets you at your table with a brief explanation of the restaurant ... and he made it so interesting ... everything is cooked in a giant fire pit. And the food was fabulous ... so very interesting. the staff and came by often just to make sure you ae having a great eveening
