Tim Hortons - Espanola

Visited this place on the labour's day Long weekend while we were on a motorcycle ride. It's a typical timmies with realky bad service, the coffee wasn't that great while the bagel was lacking cream cheese, when we asked to add some more, I got a response pay for it coz that would be extra. The place was quite busy maybe coz of the long weekend so the service was really slow.

I received friendly service from the staff and I liked that they made an effort to keep the facility clean. I would recommend this Tim Hortons location for a quick breakfast coffee stop.

I don't feel comfortable ordering beverages or food in a dirty restaurant washrooms are disgusting garbage on floor dirty glass doors long line ups I just walked out today

Typical.Tims... not as busy as some but drivethrough is pretty.steady... friendly and quick service..clean...

Although I acknowledge that Tim Hortons may be the first coffee shop on Manitoulin Island and therefore expected to be busy on weekends, the service I encountered from Carole at the cash register was abysmal. Arguing with me over changing my order due to ingredient shortages, and then again about scanning my Tim's card, was beyond belief. Additionally, her questionable hygiene practices, such as putting her fingers in her mouth after handling a sugary donut, were not only observed by myself but also by others in line. Carole is clearly not suited to serve the public.
