Dunkin' - Essex

While most of the staff are friendly, the owner struggles with interacting positively with both customers and employees. He often comes across as rude and has been seen yelling at his staff. I've noticed, along with others, that he sometimes appears to come from the streets and bags donuts and serves coffee without properly washing his hands. The business seems to operate more smoothly without his micromanagement.

I visit this place every morning for my coffee, and occasionally I grab a bite to eat. The staff is incredibly kind, always greeting me with a smile and warm words.

Every time I visit, they recognize my car and know what I usually order. If I place my order, I wait at the counter if they aren't busy.
