Please make sure you are aware of what you are paying for. Used the drive thru because no one was allowed inside. I purchased the 50ct munchkins. When I received the box it was light, I pulled to the side to count them. There were only 37 doughnuts in my box, when I pulled back in the drive thru the cashier smiled and said she'll fill it up..... She did fill my box butWhy did I have to come around a second time if you did what you were supposed to in the beginning?? She did
I was shortchanged and didn't realize it until after I left the drive-thru. It's my fault for not paying closer attention, but the employee should have done better as well. Rating: 1/5 for service.
I went through the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. The staff was quite rude and their responses were sassy for no reason. I really have no intention of returning to this location. They need to improve their customer service.
The app mentioned that walking in was an option, but when I arrived, the lobby doors were locked even though it was daytime. It's frustrating that they don't keep the lobbies open at these Dunkin' locations. Service: 1/5
