Silver Palace - Essexville

My son 17-year-old son and I stopped in on a Friday night to get a bite and I have to say that they were busier than it looked from the outside. We were able to get a nice spot to sit near a window at a high-top table. The waitress was friendly and quick to get us some sodas. Our food was decent and fairly priced but the atmosphere was laid back and enjoyable. Food: 3

If you want honest, I’ll give you a honest review. Gave 1 star because there isn’t anything lower. Used to really like this place until tonight. Just had a fish sandwich and honestly it is one of the most over priced meals anyone could have. It was like one and a half fish sticks on a bun with some lettuce. The bun and lettuce were good. In today’s world with inflation I can understand some of the issues establishments are having butreally. $9.95 for 1.5 fish sticks, a bun , some lettuce, and some chips? Really? Never going back unless someone makes me. This place was really good at one time. The other 5 people with me said the same thing about their meal. It sucks big time.

Best mushroom Swiss burger in the three-city. don't order any appetizers, even though they'll be eating. the waitress and chef will argue about why, and they will not remove it from their bill if they never touch and tell them that they do not want it before it comes at all.

Love the chili! Not sharp as most other places! Want more kidney kili beans in it, tho! wait they are really friendly, attentively efficient!
