If you check Google reviews and Yelp, you'll find a long list of negative experiences that echo my own. The staff were rude and dismissive, spending more time gossiping among themselves than assisting customers. They seemed completely unaware of their product offerings, and even lied about what they did or didn't carry, just to return to their conversations. In a shocking incident, the manager physically threatened me when I showed her the two teas she claimed they didn't stock, despite it being a $40 purchase. What kind of manager gets so close to someone’s face as if to provoke a fight? It's unbelievable. This woman, who appeared to be the manager and had a strong Russian accent, should be ashamed of her behavior. Healthy Planet, you should do better.

Despite its moderately high prices, this restaurant offers an excellent selection of vegan options, both refrigerated and non-refrigerated, featuring brands that are genuinely good—unlike the major chains that only stock Daiya. Additionally, they have a range of natural cosmetics and a huge variety of fitness powders and supplements. I truly swear by this place!
