Simply excellent and in addition a welcome to the top!!!
Food was good but not uniformly good. Service was spotty. They may have asked us once if we liked our food. The sommelier in training tried very hard to guide all his customers toward the same wine regardless of what they ate. Some of the food was tasty but most was not to the level expected for the price paid. The food presentation was top notch. All on all an average meal for over $120 per person!
The truffle cabillaut and the blown with benedictine are worth the trick.
Very nice set ensemble, but unfortunately not found in the restaurant itself. Type of old-style and formal appearance. Food quality is very good and a beautiful presentation. Unfortunately, dishes themselves not excellent except homemade bread, desserts and pastries. Overall too expensive for a good meal in a sterile atmosphere.
