Kool Beanz Coffee Ice Cream - Eureka

Honestly, I'm hesitant on leaving a review because I fear people will discover this place. This is by far the best place to get coffee in town. Most other places in Eureka burn their espresso, or you have to order a large to get any good caffeine hit. Kool Beanz's espresso specialties taste amazing and will transport your morning from mediocre to enlightened guaranteed.

Coffees are unreliable, 50% of the time at least one drink is made incorrectly or we were given the wrong drink? Too expensive to not be consistent. Asked for a lavender latte and was handed a burnt coffee tasting concoction lacking any lavender.

Every time I go there I get a taro boba with whip cream and popping boba, and the last few times I went there they’ve been forgetting to add either the popping boba, whip cream or even just boba (which is supposed to come with it) when I’ve made it clear what I wanted in it.

The description of this place is very misleading. There were no local or organic items on the menu, as far as we could tell. We came for ice cream and coffee ice cream was same Dryers you can get at any grocery store. Coffee tasted like it had been brewed several hours earlier. We threw it out; it was so stale. Milk was regular whole milk from Costco. Nothing special. The kids did enjoy the sodas with boba. They have the good ice.

Great service, friendly staff and tasty food. My top spot for boba tea and a morning breakfast sandwhich! Vegetarian options: Vehetarian sandwhiches and milk alternatives for your coffee drinks.
