Amazing service and excellent food! Our server/host Pete was spectacular! If you want authentic Mexican food and at a great low price this place is a treasure! We scored the Jalepeno Poppers were amazing and the hot wings had a great Mexican turn to them the homemade house Salsa Bar was epic and we loved it so much that we came a friendship pact here all taco Tuesday and work our way thru the entire menu is this the best place to eat in Humboldt in my opinion I loved the atmosphere and the place feels like over Grandmas for family dinner! We had like 12 different items including dessert for $60!!! But you can easily feed WELL for under $10!!!

My favorite Mexican cuisine in town, great environment GOOD Food at the sever has always a great sense of humor at is good at multi-tasking, even if they have a dinner hurry...

My husband, I wanted to try a new place for lunch. What a wonderful surprise. Salsa Bar is great. My Deluxe Tostada was really good, the tortilla on the bottom was still crunchy not soggy! My husband had a black bean cheese Burrito for $3.95 he almost ordered 2 because he thought at this price they were small, it was perfect. Thank you, ladies we will be back soon!!

So good, so good, so good! No problem to get your meal exactly as you prefer, in my case, with salad, tomatoes, and cut avocado on everything I order. Delicious red enchilada sauce, the best Chili Relleno anywhere. And I could add great service to boot with a great waiter! Kiss to Pete!

A small cafe with a small staff. Everything on the menu is worth the wait. When you step inside you are technically taking a personal trip to the cooks lifetime of experience. I haven't tasted food like this since Baja California. Affordable with generous portions for casual special occasion dining or just a satisfying meal. Please support this venue.
