Feedback gevenEverything about this place is AMAZING! They treat their customers with respect and take good care of your need; I do dare say the epitome of fine dining, highly recommend for college kids or visiting parents to take a stop by here for good eats.
I ordered the food online and I figured it would take maybe 10 minutes to make. As soon as I walked in I knew there would be problems. The people in the kitchen were arguing and cursing at each other, and the manager had to tell them to watch their language. After about an hour, my friend got his single empanada, and it was still frozen in the middle. I asked about my order after this, and they had not even started preparing it. I finally received my order, and I was very disappointed because my side of nacho cheese sauce was not even halfway filled. Overall, this may have been the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Very disappointing.
Got a Mexican Pizza today and it tasted awful.. like chemicals or some sort of rancid peanut oil. Probably need to change their oil in the fryer. Havent been to taco bell for over a year and will probably be another before I go back.
The worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. I am not the type to review any store especially leave negative comments like this. DO NOT GOOrdered through the mobile app online around 10:30, came to the store and waited. Pulled around to park since the store wasn’t answering and saw flyers on the window saying opening at 11. Since our mobile orders went through we decided to just wait the 30 min. Close to 11, like 10:56 pulled up to drive through to wait and was asked to either come in or pull up 5 min later. Not sure why we couldn’t wait in line but whatever. Parked and came in at 11.Whoever opened the door was friendly but after that the bad experience got worse. Went to counter and said we had mobile orders, employee was obviously annoyed we (came in group) had them. Was told since it’s 11 they cannot do breakfast anymore. Asked for reasoning/refund and they said they opened late bc the snow. Roads were fine but who knows I don’t know how that affected them when every other fast food place opened on time. (This taco bell is literally a gamble you never know if they’ll be open or not when they should be) Asked about refund again after I spent $25 ish and they said couldn’t do it you just have to use the app, didn’t tell me anything about how. Looked through app when I got home and will be getting a refund but in 2-3 days. Left after we wasted so much time just trying to get breakfast.Don’t know why they opened late given other business, mobile app let us order even though the place was “closed”, and very rude staff that was unhelpful when we came in. Love taco bell but will never be coming back to this one.
Taco Bell has tasty, inexpensive food. They are often changing up their menu and releasing new items. Service at this Taco Bell location is usually decent. They stay open much later than other restaurants in Morgantown, WV.
