Wanderlust Market - Evergreen

This permanent food truck opened a few days ago! It's an amazing little stop to eat a gourmet bite! The food is spectacular with such great service! I highly recommend it! Our favorites are pasties. There are various ingredients, depending on what you order, filled into a buttery crossiant-like crust! We also tried the mason salads and yogurt parfait. Super convenient for the road!

Stop today to watch this food truck. The food is delicious! I had an avocado egg salad sandwich the best breakfast sandwich I ever had!! The pasties are also really good. They serve really nice loose leaf tea, I can base on this as its spice tea exchange tea: This will be a regular stop for us!!

I had a great experience with Wanderlust Market. Becky was super helpful when selecting my order. The coffee drinks were made perfect and tasty, the breakfast pasty was super flaky and filling, and the blueberry lemon balm was amazing! If you are in any case in the I70 between Denver and Idaho Springs.

I just ran to pack a rice bowl and was BLOWN AWAY, how delicious it was! Green Chili Chicken Bowl is for to die. I only eat half as far as I am full. Such a little jewel to be on the mountain if I don't feel like driving. Can wait to eat my parfait a little later today, they make it easy by putting them in Maurer-Jars: Great business everyone should check it

Stopped by yesterday with my daughter on our way to school! Excellent breakfast burritos! She even made me a vegetarian option!! So good!
