Subway - Excelsior Springs

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The young lady working the night shift told me she was willing to serve me, but when I mentioned that I was having trouble breathing, she still refused to prepare food for my children. Because of this, we won't be returning if she's on duty.

My only complaint is that this location never takes part in any promotional events. The latest promotion is to buy any two sandwiches for just $5.00. I believe this restaurant is doing well financially and could benefit its customers more. However, since Liberty is participating in the promo, it's definitely worth the 10-minute drive for an amazing deal!

I really enjoy visiting the Subway in Excelsior. When I walked in, I received quick service, and the food was delicious. The employees were wonderful as well. I ordered a cold cut combo, and they kindly cut it in half for me. I ate one half there and took the other half home for lunch the next day. It's just a fantastic place to go. I also like both the one in Excelsior and the one in Crown Hill, as well as the one in Walmart. I've had food from all three, and they are all great!

Food is great. Ever since my fiancé started working here she has gotten me and also a few other people to explore outside there comfort box for food. The place is kept nice and clean and the other employees are very helpful and very polite. I will only goto this subway from now on.
