Typically love getting from here but i just ordered from here this Morning and they forgot to give me my 7$ parfait that i payed for, shaking my head someone has to take their time when dealing with someones money and food that’s truly unacceptable

This is the only reason why Exton mall is surviving now ?

Terrible food that doesn't live up to the hype, both Popeye's and KFC are both way better and less expensive. I had a date insist we grab Chic-Fil-A on a date so I tried the grilled chicken since I can't stand the regular. It tasted like dry, overcooked fish and I couldn't eat more than a few bites before throwing it away.

Employees wonderful. Seleni was amazing. Management is awful. Had a meal over a week ago messed up and I called for help. Management never bothered calling back. Tonight management wouldn’t help and wanted me to leave the store empty handed and call back tmrw to get it figured out. Thank you to the employees. Management get a clue!
