Panera Bread - Fair Lawn

The manager at this restaurant was unkind to his employees. I have been a patron here since it first opened and have always been satisfied with the food and service. The employees were excellent, professional, and punctual. However, I can only give 3 stars today because I was very disappointed with the manager's behavior around 8pm. He spoke condescendingly to his staff, which was off-putting. There is a respectful way to communicate with others, and he should work on being kinder to his employees. I was tempted to confront him, but didn't want to cause a scene. The food was delicious and served on time. While the employees were talking amongst themselves, it seemed like typical workplace conversation to me. I'm not sure what the manager's issue was, but there is a proper and respectful way to address concerns. It is important to show kindness, even when giving instructions to employees.

I recently returned to this location for the first time since the onset of the pandemic. I have always enjoyed other Panera locations in New Jersey and Florida, but this particular one was not up to par. Despite only a few diners present, my order of a half chicken Caesar salad and a half BLT roast turkey avocado sandwich was ready in less than 10 minutes and well presented. However, I had to ask for napkins and butter as the trays were empty. Additionally, I had to clean my own table as there was no staff available and the carpeted floor was in need of vacuuming. The garbage bin also needed to be emptied. It was clear that the restaurant was understaffed and in need of some tender loving care. Though the three staff members were friendly, I could not give this location a rating of 3-4 stars due to its unkempt appearance.

This is a great spot to relax with friends over a cup of coffee or tea. They offer free refills and have a good variety of drinks, including almond milk. The staff is friendly and approachable. For food, I recommend sticking to the bakery items and asking them to warm it up before serving.

This location offers the standard Panera menu (which can be a bit overwhelming) and the person that took our order was very friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. The floor was dirty and we had to ask for someone to wipe off ourtable, but they did so willingly. Nothing special about this location but there could be with better attention to details.

It is one of the best places for eat. Delicious and healthy. You can find salads, sandwiches, one of the better pizzas ???? ????, milkshakes and juices. I didn't put 5 star, because their juices don't like so much. But, in general is a better place.
