El Pollo Loco - Fairfield

The menu is always changing and it's obvious their goal is to keep guests delighted with the menu and service.

Our first time having the birria tacos w/dipping sauce. They were pretty good but meat could use a little more seasoning

I had the Birria Tacos 3 different visits (yes I enjoy El Pollo Loco). Overall they had great flavor, but they were inconsistently prepared. The first visit was the best though it took over 15 minutes to get them. The remaining two visits ranged from the shell nearly being burned to barely any meet in the taco.

Super slow service, rude staff, but they have good chickens. They wanted to hire people who took care of their job.

We love this franchise, so I was not surprised when we had a good experience at this particular location. The staff was very nice, or food was prepared properly and tasted great. It was not as clean as most locations typically are, but at this time, all restaurants are struggling to have sufficient staff and the differences were not terrible.
