Franklin Steak House And Tavern

I threw my sister's baby shower at this restaurant and I am SO happy I did. The staff were very helpful even when we got there early to setup the decorations. Whatever we needed like cutting boards and knives and even moving all tables around to make a dance floor and to add another table for desserts. We had the ultimate buffet and the food did not disappoint. They even gave the guests to go plates which was amazing. All in all it was the best time. My sister loved it!

Messed up our takeout order. Called and informed them same night. Waitress said she will convey to manager as it is closing time and someone will call back next morning. A kitchen chef called next morning. Again had to repeat same details second time. Told me he will inform manager to refund me and someone will call back. No one called for the $18 entree. I had to call back next evening and even though they knew their mess-up, the lady asked me to repeat same a third time, asked for the to-go checklist and receipt number all for measly $18-20 refund. They hungup the phone after putting me on hold for 10 minutes to talk to the manager. Never got a call from the manager or the refund. Just lost over two hours repeating the same to multiple people. Junk place!

I will deff give 5 stars. Amazing service, and amazing food. Football Sundays specials are great. Anthony and Shannon are amazing. I loved the customer service. Very attentive and I loved their energy. Such friendly bartenders you can tell they enjoy what they do. Which is amazing to see. Besides the amazing food, let’s talk about these **** Mary’s omg to die for. Thank you guys for the great service.

Had a party of 14. Very good service. Food was well prepared and served in a timely manner. Only one received steak later than others, but the server was prompt to correct and the steak came out perfect. Renovations were going on, the parking lot had plenty of parking but if going in near future be aware of the exterior and some interior renovations. None of which hinder service or food quality. For sure a place I would go to again.

Excellent place for happy hour specials. Wine for $5. Wings and sliders for $7. Will stop by again.
