My husband started with fried mussels as an appetizer, and for his entrée, he had the Steak and Frites, while I chose the Scallops over Risotto. We concluded our meal with a slice of chocolate beet cake, which was delightful. I took a picture of the menu, and we learned that it changes based on ingredient availability since everything is sourced fresh. The service was exceptional; you can always tell when people genuinely enjoy their work. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely plan to make this our go-to spot!

The service and staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly. And the food! The usual chef was outside, but you could hardly tell because everything was delicious. It was bustling for a Tuesday, yet we still received our food quickly and piping hot. Everything was fantastic. My only regret is that we ate so much we didn't have room for dessert! I will definitely be coming back.

Charming restaurant located on a picturesque main road in Maine. The scallop risotto and wagyu ribeye were outstanding. They also offer a great selection of beers and cocktails. The service was friendly and exceptional.

We thought to Meridians a nice meal with family and not disappointed them. The menu regularly changes with fresh ingredients and additives. All we ate was delicious, the service was friendly and I would highly recommend stopping by!

Best dining experience in the Waterville area! Fantastic every time we’ve been! Excellent food, drink, and staff. We felt like family the first time we went and have been regulars ever since. The menu changes often, and the chef JB and kitchen crew do an amazing job every time. The servers and owner are fun and provide a welcoming atmosphere that bring us back time after time. Great cocktail selection and variety of liquors. Excellent beer list and the taps change enough to provide nice variety.
