Hot Dog It - Fairview

Hot dog, that's a good meal. Customize your dogs and burgers as you like. I'm going for a classic Chicago dog and am surprised to find a smoker who's exhausting ribbed plates. I don't even worry about Bbq, but the man surprised me with a new perspective. My first bite in these succulents fall from bone meat, I taste the bbq sauce with a sweet spicy kick, but the taste does not stop there. My senses are then stimulated by a beautiful apple wood smoke aroma and taste. When I get more, I'm hit with this unique taste of the rub. Literal three layers of taste. But wait! I wanted it sharp. Here comes the heat! Since the heat burns my taste buds all tastes of the bite come together for a food spirit I do not forget. Can wait to eat it again. Try everything on the menu. You'll love it too.

This is a hidden gem here in my hometown of Geneva. I am hesitant to give a review to let out the secret, but this place must be known. First, I have to give the owners requissites. From the moment I went to the door, I felt welcome and at home. This is about customer service. I was shown the menu and the owner talked about its freshly cooked options including ribs. He smokes them with Hickory and apple wood. These are only on weekends or when the weather is nice. I ordered the Bosco sticks and the Hawaiian dogs. Oh, my God! These are half pounds of juicy hot dogs cooked on the grill with roasted rolls. It comes with bacon melted cheese and pineapple and he has me with shredded cheese to make it extra cheesy and fussy. I never say no to extra cheese. The best hot dog ever! Wow! The Bosco sticks were just as I remember from my school days where I ordered them daily. It brought me back. So cheesy and yummy with marinara sauce. I would come every day if my work plan allowed. You have to come here. Now. You have Hotdogs Burger ribs and tons of sides and apps. The shop is small, but the options are large. There are also ice cream and milkshakes. Thank you for your kindness and service. You have a jewel here in Geneva and I thank you so much!

We were drawn into this jewel of a place through the smell of the smoker outside.... after we entered, we have experienced great food, great service and the best customer interaction ever! Only negative is it an hour away from me... but not too far! I enjoyed the Salty Dog, angus beef hotdog with stadium mustard, bacon and dill pickles! It was amazing... I recommend this place to all those who went to Geneva on the lake. It is worth turning the left curve on the light!

I have to try. Fun food and smoked ribs smell brilliant! The owner is one of the nicer guys you'll meet.

Drove by smelling that smoker and had to stop. And boy am I glad I did! That bacon cheddar dog with the Mac n cheese bites... Straight mouth watering, hands down best hot dog ever
