La Fiesta - Falls City

I was in town for a funeral with a group of about 20 people, and we visited a small restaurant on a Tuesday night. Given our large size, I was willing to overlook a few things. However, after being seated by the hostess, who provided menus and delivered chips and salsa, we didn't receive any further attention from her. There were only a handful of other tables occupied, yet the sole server seemed to ignore us, frequently passing by without acknowledging our table while he hurried to and from the kitchen. Despite our attempts to get his attention, we still hadn’t even placed our drink orders. We watched as new tables were seated, orders were taken, and drinks were served, while our drink requests went unnoticed. After waiting about 15-20 minutes, we finally managed to place our drink orders, which then took an additional 10 minutes to arrive. As more customers were seated and served, we felt completely neglected. After over 45 minutes without anyone taking our food orders, we decided we had waited long enough. Just as we were about to leave, the waiter finally approached us and asked if we were ready to order. It was a very disappointing experience.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was served piping hot on the plate.

This restaurant is a great place to savor tasty veggie fajitas! They also serve El Yucateco hot sauces. The staff is friendly, and the prices are fair, contributing to a delightful and enjoyable dining experience!

The Mexican cuisine here is truly authentic and absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back!
