Babette's guest appointment... The lake from the 1600s is located with beautiful sea views. We divided us into two beautiful rooms after the warm reception. One in the cosy town house and greater on ‘Langelinie’ with sea views. Both eclectic decorated with safe hand and sense for the long style of back-rest luxury coziness. There was welcome coffee with a lovely chocolate cake in two ways. After a little sunset trip to the west island we set us in the fireplace room to enjoy the local version of Dark’n stormy with Fanø Rome and homemade gingerøl SO delicious. The dinner was a Babette's guest bid experience for the quality was top. We started with the oysters of glufjord, both the classic way with vinaigrette and the chef’s own successful variant with celery and rams onions. In addition, a wonderful glass bubbles from the well-stocked wine card from near and distant. Snacks went to Barcelona with crabs with ham from Fanø butcheren reminded of the best Iberian black foot. A lovely accommodation in one of their spacious rooms with good beds, as well as a good dinner and breakfast. It is right at the ferry overlooking the sea to Esbjerg. Free parking is available at the hotel. From the hotel you can walk through the city or by the sea. In car you will get around the whole island.
