Domino's Pizza - Fargo

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I've given this location too many chances for it being close to my house. I have canceled 3 of last 4 times. When the app says 35 min and gives a time to pick up your order you might as well add another 2hrs onto that time. I went to pick up my order at the time it said and on their screen inside by the counter it said 1-5 min. I waited that time and the guy said another 45min to an hour after I've already waited more than the time it said. AVOID THIS LOCATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!! I REPEAT AVOID THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE RETIRED TO GET YOUR ORDER.Where is the General Manager during this mess? Probably not there and eating competitors pizza because it's too long of a wait to order pizza at their own restaurant!It's not on the employees it's on the general manager not helping their employees out. Cripes what a mess.

Ordered online once…card got charged, but I never received my order; had to dispute the charge with credit card company to get reimbursed. Multiple times was told 30-40 minute wait for delivery; called after 1 hour only to be told it would be another 1 hour wait…shows up 3-hours after placing my order. Today, I ordered pickup and was told 20-30 minutes; I showed up to pickup my order 25 minutes later only to be told they got “slammed” and messed up forgetting to start my order so it would be another 25-30 minute wait. Seriously, I don’t know how bad a pizza place can be, but something NEEDS to be done with this specific Dominoes location!!!

The foods okay, the service was okay. However I just had surgery so I needed it delivered to my door, there was nothing saying they could not bring it to the door (in an apartment building) and nobody called to let me know. I specifically placed a delivery order because I am not supposed to be on my feet. I totally understand rules but if someone orders it directly to their door and you cannot fulfill that, let them know so they can decide. I would have went with somewhere else if I would have known. I could have even just made myself food for the amount of walking I had to do.

This domino's pizza store sent out a pizza that looks like this. I'm guessing whoever made this must of been blind. They will never get any of my money anymore demanded a refund and is still waiting on it. Worst experience ever I hope this makes it to the manager because if he's okay will sending this out they needs new staff.
