Feedback gevenI visited the Veteran's location and, upon entering, was asked if I had called in my order. When I replied no, the clerk informed me that they were very busy and I would have to wait. Really? There was hardly anyone in the store at 1pm, and I could see three clerks working. After five minutes of being ignored, I decided to go somewhere else for my pizza. I couldn't quite catch what the clerk said next, but it definitely wasn't pleasant. I will not be returning to that location again. Instead, I got my pizza at Spicy Pie.
The service was impressively quick, even though I didn't place my order in advance.
Initially, half of my order was incorrect, and I didn’t notice it until I got home. By that point, it was too late to call. The next day, I contacted a manager, who was very apologetic and quickly addressed the issue. I will definitely be returning to this location because the customer service is excellent!
When I walked in, it took about 2 minutes to be greeted regardless of the fact there were 4 employees up front. Finally, I'm asked if I've ordered. I told them yes (I did it online) and then the girl walked away. I stand at the pickup counter for a fewminutes while being ignored. Finally, a man comes in and is greeted right away and asked the name of his online order. I had tobutt in to ask for my own order. I'm a really relaxed individual that treats customer service employees very well. But thisexperience REALLY ticked me off. Don't plan on returning.
Ordered on the app. It was ready when I got there and the young man that helped was nice. Greeted me right away, was friendly and helpful.
