Johnny Rockets - Farmington

I'm very busy and don't always get time to eat. Johnny Rockets is a fun restaurant with great food. I always have a great experience in these restaurants. In my last experience, the waitress was attentive, friendly and made sure that my BLT was as I demanded. Great job!

Good food friendly people, they forget to bring our appetizer to say after we got the rest of our food .. my burger should be a double, but was brought as a single, no big deal they have changed the ticket so that I was not charged for it. Milkshakes were good, but we had a 30-minute waiting time to take place, but once sitting was fast.

We sat on a Saturday night. That's a plus. There are no less than five pictures hanging on the wall with people drinking Coca-Cola, but they serve Pepsi. You also have no lemons for the water if you want it. They offer a 10% military discount on your ticket. The onion rings are great and they give you enough to share. All burgers came hot and delicious. Recommended.

One of my favorite places for dinner. Quickly get in and out as a sitting restaurant. The milk shakes are the best part of the menu.

The most TERRIBLE experience I?ve ever had! We had a party of 10 but super easy orders. It took us over 30 minutes to get our drinks. 8 out of 10 orders were wrong. One order wasn?t even put in so it took even longer. My Philly cheesesteak was not supposed to have green bell peppers so when the plate was taken back they started to just pick through it and take them out. That is until they saw us watching them then they remade it. Bread was cold. Fries were stale. We ordered a chocolate shake. They manger brought it out and said chocolate strawberry. I said is this just a plain chocolate shake He then said YES! You could see the strawberry pieces in it! He?s lucky there was not an allergy! We were there for 2 hours. When we wanted our checks the waitress came back and asked us to repeat our orders so that she could write them up and put them in the system to print out our checks. We complained to the manager several times but nothing was done. We didn?t get compensated at all. As we were walking out the door I heard him say ?sorry for the inconvenience ?. No he wasn?t. Otherwise our experience would?ve been a little different. I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this restaurant.
