The gentleman who served my food was friendly and answered my question about the Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch—I appreciate being able to connect easily. I didn’t choose the best spot to sit, as I wanted to see the entire restaurant without sitting with my back to the door. Unfortunately, I ended up near the drive-thru window, which I didn’t realize at first. As a result, I felt chilly the whole time, and it was quite noisy. That was my mistake, but it is a loud place overall due to the blenders and the overall energy. If you’re looking for a quiet workspace, this isn’t the spot. However, if you’re just catching up on emails or grabbing a quick smoothie, it’s perfect for that. I found that sitting for extended periods isn't comfortable—a max of about 40 minutes is all I could handle due to the very hard metal chairs. I had intended to stay for about two hours, but at 70 minutes in, I had to call it quits because my backside was sore! Maybe bringing a small cushion next time would help. On the bright side, my smoothie has lasted throughout my visit, and I haven’t been disturbed by anyone. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and the staff, who seem quite young, are doing a fantastic job. I’ve never been a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie, but this specific location has won me over, and I will definitely return. I also had an $8 coupon, making my meal a fantastic deal—almost 40% off! I love finding deals like that, especially since most coupons are typically just $1 off or 10% discounts. This $8 meal was a great value, and I hope they continue offering it. Thank you! Parking is convenient; you can pull right up.

I ordered a Sunrise Sunset, and to my surprise, they added peanut butter to my drink, even though it’s not part of the recipe. What if I had been allergic to peanut butter? Please ensure your staff is trained more thoroughly, as this kind of mistake could have serious consequences for someone.

I visited your Farmington location through the drive-thru, and I had the most amazing cranberry truffle smoothie. I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie, and I haven't had a bad experience at any of your locations so far! I hope that continues!

The whole staff have attitude problems the worst customer service and the service is slow it is not timely at all!

The customer service is awful. They were extremely rude. They didn't follow the simple substitution and were so rude at the window. With all these poor reviews not sure why nothing is changing.
