There’s a lot to like: lovely staff, the room we had was comfortable, rooftop views, lots of breakfast choices. We didn’t even mind being in the only finished room in the corridor where the other rooms were a building site. The reason for a lower review is that the hotel arranged for a transfer to the WRONG airport (I was careful to give them the correct details). We caught our correct flight only after a breakneck dash and many more euros spent. I have waited six weeks for them to at least reimburse the original transfer cost but despite saying repeatedly that they would do this, at time of writing this has not happened. I’m very disappointed that I can’t trust them so based on this experience can’t 100% recommend them.

We didnt stay at the hotel but came for spa treatment. My husband and I were welcomed into our own private spa suite with own jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and treatment area. It was private and perfect for myself as I wouldn't want a mixed setting. We enjoyed use of jacuzzi and sauna, and then we received the best hammam treatment, massage ever with additional reflexology. Honestly couldnt rate them enough, I asked for more attention on my hands as i suffer for carpel tunnel syndrome and my therapist did a wonderful job, it was much appreciated and relieved the pain a lot, they were very skilled and professional unlike other places we visited with lots of noise and therapists talking away. Wish we found them earlier as we would have visited a few more times before we left. The manager was also great and very welcoming. This is perfect for couples, Muslim women/couples or just anyone wanting a more private setting, they were also very reasonably priced.We will definitely be back when we visit Istanbul again.

Reception and staff were friendly Location was really good (metro, bus, wharf) and near historical places and sea sights. Rooms are clean. Environment was so silent. BUT: Breakfast was really awful it was like a joke. Room’s view was disappointing .(parking view) Some Rooms are smaller than standard. Pool is so small for swimming.

Room are average but best spa treatment and experience breakfast choices are average agin salads and cheese mainly served.

Nice clean hotel with a very warm welcome from day 1, A wide range of breakfast items including hot and cold with hot drinks and juices and desserts.easy Access to the main shopping mall like grand Bazar, blue mosque and trams. Very highly recommend
