Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fayetteville

I ordered a burrito bowl got a scoop of meat. Where is the rest my quesadillas???? Tacos where?? 3 tortillas with dry meat?? For over $50..

Each time we've done online orders for pickup here our order is either late or wrong. Chipotle has been one of my pregnancy cravings and the last time we ordered my burrito was missing salsa (asked for extra) and had corn salsa which I did not want. I'll try a different location next time. The food is always tasty and the employees seem nice enough, I'm just over not getting my order correct.

As we prepare for Hurricane Ian... I passed by Chipotle for a bite to eat. I recieved my bowl and continued my journey. Finally, I reached my destination and opened my bowl for a bite to eat. As I bit into my meal I noticed that the rice was a bit undercooked. The grains of rice were still hard. Considering the storm was getting worse, I couldn't and wasn't going back to argue the issue. I just won't return anytime soon. And if I do I think I'd ask to sample the ricefirst. I only ate the meat, beans, corn, cheese, and other toppings because of the half cooked rice.

Always good food. Could have been a little cleaner. Trash cans were really full and tables had not been able to be wiped down. Food area was really clean. It was pricier than I remembered. My husband and I both got a steak bowl special, we each got a drink, and we ordered a large chip and queso. It was right at $50 for just the two of Us!

Door dashed here, love it. The staff realizes dashers are paid only 2 or 3 dollars per dash and do not waste our time and treat us with respect. Kudos.
