Jersey Mike's Subs - Federal Way

Just ordered a tuna regular. This place has a lot of staff but very disorganized. Waited 10 minutes for a tuna sandwich.

Antonio is one of the best servers I've ever met, so polite, reminds me of my nephew.

Rosemary Parmesan bread here is best sub sandwich bread they have and better than any other sandwich shop! They should have it be the main bread. Meats are always sliced nice, not too thick or thin but the consistency of the amount of meat they put on your sandwich is not on point, and especially for how expensive the subs are they should be putting plenty of meat on, and to balance out the thickness of the bread. Same goes for bacon sometimes there are only a few pieces and other times there are many full strips. ATTN APP MANAGERS: the J. M. 's app is incredibly frustrating and not a good companion to the restaurant experience. If I order in person and request light mayo, no problem and they go ahead with light mayo but you CAN 'T CUSTOMIZE hardly anything in the app. You either have to add or remove toppings and then some options aren 't even available for all subs. Completely frustrating unacceptable when you 're paying upwards of $20 for a sandwich and there are cheaper options that are much more user friendly accommodating! Fix the app PLEASE ? Also, ? no more free regular sub for your birthday. We get Jersey Mike 's less and less lately because of too high prices, inconsistency in making of subs missing order items, and less n less rewards!!Vegetarian options: It 's easy to order a delicious vegetarian sub sandwichKid friendliness: This is a decent place to bring kids since it 's not a fancy restaurant or anything but definitely recommend bringing food home to eat especially with kids

I have never been to Jersey Mike's before and I'm glad we chose this location for a first try. The service was excellent and both people behind the counter were polite and well organized. I've honestly never had someone make me a prettier sandwich. It was also delicious and all the ingredients were super fresh. I'll be adding this place to the list of regulars
