Ox Pho - Federal Way

It's a new restaurant. I really like the chic atmosphere. I had chili lemongrass vermicelli with tofu and it was delicious. The service was great. Will definitely come back.

Heard about this place because of the ox tail pho (which is rare to find in many pho places). I was very surprised when I came here. When you walk in it’s not your typical looking pho place. Its very “hipster “ like! The decor is very adorable! When you check in, you get a free drink! Oh and they serve beer and wine! Let’s talk about the pho! Yummy!!! The ox tail has only one size but it’s totally worth it! They give you lots of meat! It is very flavorful! We ordered egg rolls too and it tastes very authentic!

Food: 10/10 in taste and quality. The portions are a little smaller than normal, but this place understands the meaning of quality over quantity. Atmosphere: 9/10 The atmosphere is clean, welcoming and has a modern feel without being overwhelming. Simple yet visually pleasing. My only feedback, the music was a little too low. Service: 10/10 The servers were friendly, attentive yet gave the right amount of space to let us enjoy our meal. Overall: 10/10, would recommend and will be back many times in the near future.

It definitely deserves 5 stars. FOOD : Excellent cooking. Nicely presented. Nice dishware. Very clean. Very reasonably priced. Now, for Dessert if they add Green Tea Ice Cream and Jackfruit Ice Cream, that will be devine! SERVICE : Excellent. Courteous, polite, efficient on time yet unrushed and relaxed. AMBIANCE DECOR : Very relaxing ambiance. And this place is ROOMY, you will not feel claustrophobic here. Lots of room and I like the way they have laid out the table arrangement, with two large 10 persons table at the center, with opposing rows of single and quad tables along the flanks. And in the next space, which gives the dining room the T shape, has three ten persons tables in a single.file, perfect for large parties or private events. Has a Fireplace too. Very simply yet tasefully decorated, minimalist yet not barren. Easy on the eyes and NOT TACKY, like some other ethnic restaurants. LOCATION : On Pacific Highway, a block or two from 320th Street, almost across the Street from the Barnes Noble, very close from Interstate 5 , 320th Street The Commons exit in Federal Way, Washington (State). Will definitely be back. NOTE : I have taken away one Star due to the fact that other Waitress, one who did not take my order, put down the check BEFORE I finished. Without inquiring if I wanted any Dessert. I was going to order the Fried Banana with Vanilla Ice Cream. But did not feel like sticking around after that. Restaurant was not busy at that hour. That is also why I downgraded the Tip from 30% to 20%. Restaurant Management, in operations, as in real life, the ball gets dropped often by miscommunication. It will be wise to send only one server to a specific table, that way that server knows exactly where a table is at during the course(s) of a dinner, and thus less chance of miscommunication.between two servers or server and kitchen.

This restaurant is amazing, and I can't wait to go back! The interior is beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Next time, I want to try the tomahawk Pho. The pho that my fiancée ordered was simply heavenly—full of rich flavors and with a delicious broth. It's one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. I highly recommend it to everyone!
