Big Apple - Fenton

Breakfast sandwiches are really good, day old bagels are better than store bought. Muffins at redicously delicious.

Food was great! I ordered the Big Apple Club and a jumbo raspberry cheesecake muffin. Service exceeded the food. 10 out of 10 (or I guess technically 5 out of 5)

The staff is very friendly. I had a pickup order from the catering menu for my bridal shower and everything was delicious, even looked amazing smelled amazing! They helped us load it into the car as well! 12/10 recommend. Even for an every day breakfast/lunch spot. So fresh and delicious! Thank you big apple bagels of Fenton!

Ordered delivery doz bagels and 2 cream cheese. Got order and it was all wrong got all plain and cinnamon raisin bagels NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Called back asked for mgr they didn't have one talked to 3 girls sorry nothing we can do u didn't order from us?? Yes I did u just delivered finally talked to a young man who said he would credit my card we shall see. Also the cream cheese plain tasted like it was loaded with pepper

Imagine going in on Sunday before noon and there are only 2 coffee canisters, and both of them have cold coffee, and then they charge you $3.06 for it so that you end up with a whole pocket full of change that I assume they want you to throw into the top jar to help fund their undertrained, inexperienced staff that always seem to be walking around on eggshells.I think this place needs to finally go away and make room for someone who can operate a business better.
