Annoyed my food order was given to another customer with no apologies or even acknowledgment that the mistake was made. Also ordered a coffee and two customers who came well after me had their drinks made before I had to remind staff that I was waiting for the coffee. Ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for my orders when it should have taken no more than 3 4 minutes. Disorganised staff. Never going again.
