It truly feels like home! They offer an all-you-can-eat experience with a chicken buffet, pizza buffet, and a salad bar! Plus, you can request any pizza at any time, and drinks are included with the delivery!

Children are not allowed, which is fine, but it seems they really rely on their location on the BUFFET FLOOR to attract customers. I spent the entire time there feeling uncomfortable because I wasn’t served at all. When I asked for a refund just two minutes after paying, I was told I needed to speak with a manager, who is only available from 11 to 1 due to the busy hours. In short, I won’t be returning. I wonder how they manage to stay in business in a bustling town like Fergus.

However, they are not even permitted on the buffet floor to choose what they want. I ended up spending the entire time acting as our family's waiter and didn't get a chance to eat myself. When I asked for a refund just two minutes after paying, I was informed that it was not possible. I requested to speak with a manager, but it turns out they are only available from around 11 AM to 1 PM, which the employees were uncertain about. In short, I will not be returning. I look forward to seeing yet another vacant building in the thriving town of Fergus Falls.
