Dairy Queen Store In Pla - field

It's $5 to get a mini Blizzard now. For that price you can get a large milkshake at most other places or a half gallon at the grocery store. For a location that is often understaffed, the high prices and ridiculously small portion sizes are a rip off. There are better alternatives in the area.

I went thru the drive thru tonight. I waited 10 minutes in the line. Only because there was no way to get out of it. My complaint is NOT because of the long wait! The wait was because there was only TWO PEOPLE working!! They had to take care of both the drive thru AND those that walked in!! I blame the management for this!! NO WAY should those two fine young men should have been put under that much stress!! I will not go to this DQ again. I'll go to Mooresville or elsewhere.

There was only one person working the whole store tonight but she handled it with grace and gave us great service.

They have closed an hour early everytime I’ve gone including today.

It's OK. The pricing is too high for what is offered, but we always have great service.
