Feedback gevenWent to takeaway and ordered food, Got home and curry chicken was missing, chips were burnt and Chicken Maryland was very poor, one peice of chicken and was tough, sausage and bacon had seen better days Ann not sure what fruit had been battered, mess
Ordered a collection and was so disappointed food was horrible, used to be a good takeaway. the woman behind the desk was so rude I will never use this place again my stomach is turning after eating very little of the poor quality food.
After two visits here I definitely won’t be returning! Went in by chance during lockdown as I was missing my favourite food so much, I have two children so orders were pretty simple and they still managed to give us the wrong order! We phoned and the lady was apologetic and said we had a credit added into our account (like I had no idea we even had an account) then returned a few weeks after in the hope that it was as good as I had been told, again we got the wrong order and the food was disgusting so much so my kids wouldn’t eat a chicken ball and rice, my husband actually ended up severely ill afterwards, definitely won’t be returning at all and I would take your hard earned money elsewhere like the empress or the Wan lam
Dropped in for a Sweet and sour Chicken Hong Kong Style ,rice and banana fritters . lovely fresh flavours and loads of chicken ,the fritters we found a wee bit stodgy but the main meal was great . Only one aloud in the shop at a time with the virus problem.Their phone was ringing off the hook with customers wanting delivery . We will certainly be back
THE DRAGON INN WOODMILL ROAD Due to the unprecedented times we find ourselves in and in an effort to protect our staff we will be implementing the following measures: WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT All walk in customers to the shop must ensure that there are no more than 2 customers in the shop at any one time. If 2 customers are already In the shop you are politely asked to wait outside and follow the social distancing measures that were passed into LAW this week. Please maintain a 2 METRE distance from other customers and especially the counter in the shop. As with all other retailers we request that you endeavour to pay by CARD ONLY as cash is obviously a major concern in the spread of this virus. HOME DELIVERIES Again we ask that you pay by card. If you are unable to pay by card then cash will only be accept if the correct amount is left outside your door in a sealed envelope or bag. The driver will leave your order on your door and knock/ring the doorbell. NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN AND WE NEED TO MAINTAIN THE LAW REGARDING SOCIAL DISTANCING SO WE HAVE TO LIMIT THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND OUR DELIVERY DRIVER. Although these measures may seem harsh we have no option but to employ them to protect customers and staff in these challenging times and to uphold the law. We ask for your understanding and cooperation with these measures, please be polite to our staff and please save us the embarrassment of having to refuse service for your non compliance.
