A charming traditional Austrian Alm with great food and even better if you arrive by horse drawn sleigh!

The restaurant to nestled at the top of the village around 3/4 miles up the hill. We chose the horse drawn sleigh but saw walkers carrying traditional lit torches which looked like a challenge so something for next year. The food and ambience is fantastic...here, the owners are very helpful and friendly, the pumpkin risotto for the awkward Vegetarian in our party was amazing and I'm told the mixed grill was pretty good too!

After a 6 km long walk you reach this restaurant. very nicer places are in order, but more a hut than a restaurant. friendly staff

4.5 miles above the village filzmoos this restaurant can be reached either by a good walk or by horse-drawn sled, it is just a magical one on an evening at the sled, especially a clear evening with the sled roof. large menu and fantastic...Austrian dishes, really friendly family also, it is a must do

Get the feeling of traditional and old fashion atmosphere they can also go there from filzmoos through beautiful forests with a beautiful scenery of high mountains.
