Two cars in front of me. it took 25 minutes to order. order for the new steak nachos with double extra meat and double extra shredded cheese. I said the order didn't take a pico and not a nacho cheese, but it was extra shredded because I couldn't eat these things because of health problems. 4 tried to understand what I wanted. wait 10 minutes to get the food. when I came home, there was no steak and no extra shredded cheese. they call the load when I came home and reali what I did, but more importantly did not get spoke to courtney who said she was the manager. I told her what happened to eating and waiting for that very long. she sounded so unemotional, frustrated and no desire to be there or talk to me. she told me whenever I was able to come back, and she would replace it and do something for that, but never expounded. asked what I should have with me, she replied, just tell them that you spoke to me, courtney. I went back tonight (7/25/18) and explained what I said. say to the cashier about what happened, who came back and replied that since courtney was not there and had not left her no note, she could not help me. Then she spoke with 1 of the 2 manager there, and she gave me the same explanation. I told them again what courtney said. I suggested they call courtney. after 10 minutes another e.oyee said she was a manager, they would have replaced the things. When they were finished, they pressed me the things and went away. I said I need a bag to carry the items in my car and in the house. cash lasted 5 minutes to get a bag. When I asked about a bag again, she said we didn't have one! I asked how they thought I would make 2 drinks and 2 crates. at this place said the first manager and sarcastic, I can help them. I kept my distance when she looked like her hair had not been washed in a month, had not washed her clothes in the same time. I repeated that I needed something to get my food done. she then said to my astonishment, we have no one. I've been checking that this isn't my fault or my problem. again, I understand, wr ain't money, followed by what should I do about it? I asked what happens when someone has a big job and they said they usually put him in a big plastic bag. I said she didn't answer the question. she asked if she wanted me to bring her something. I told her that only helps me in the load and not home. it was at this point, I managed to get the 2 drinks and 2 boxes outside, just to fall the dri s. Of course I had absolutely no desire at this place or I have tensioned to replace them. also this is not the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd ti.e my wife or I had massive problems at this place with either i.properly prepared eating, missing eating and coworkers keeping or looking. I live in an approx. 750 home development that has a blog that has discussed problems in the apartment developing.ent and environment, and this particular location was set in the grunde on our not visit list due to not only our problems but the many, many other room problems.
The pricing at this restaurant is completely unfair and inconsistent. Items like a soft taco or bean burrito are overpriced, while they also offer items on the dollar menu, which creates confusion given the pricing of the other items. It simply doesn't make sense that a cheese bean and rice burrito costs less than a regular bean burrito. This confusion arises when the people in charge prioritize making customers feel good over offering a menu based on experience and creativity. Taco Bell seems to lack loyalty to its customers and doesn’t seem to care about delivering a consistent experience.
The pricing at this restaurant is completely unjust and confusing. They charge exorbitantly for items like a soft taco or bean burrito, which are supposed to be classics. Yet, they also have a dollar menu that includes options which, when compared to those more expensive items, makes no sense at all. It's baffling that a cherry bean and rice burrito would cost less than a standard burrito. This inconsistency seems to arise from a misguided attempt to appeal to customers rather than a reflection of genuine experience or creativity. Taco Bell lacks loyalty to its customers, making their pricing and policies feel arbitrary and frustrating.
The Taco Bell at Vermile is terrible. How many people does it take to make a quesadilla and cut it properly? They should hire a few more staff at the Route 60 location. They can't even manage to put sour cream in a bag!
