Feedback gevenNon locals are ushered out the back to the darkest corners of the restaurant. Fairly standard menu. Two pasta dishes were bland and overcooked. Probably the worst meal we’ve eaten in Italy.
Nice place, great location but the food was poor. The meal I had was meatballs in sauce with roast potatoes and my partner had cutlet with French fries and side salad. The cutlet was over cooked and dry and only halve of it was eatable, the side salad had not been washed properly and had grit through it. My meal, the meatballs and sauce were very bland, no flavour what so ever and 80% of my roast potatoes were raw. Such a disappointment. We complained but we got a “no care factor “ so my advice stay away from this place especially when there are so many nicer restaurants to choose from.
Terrific family owned restaurant. We ate there 3 of 4 nights. Hood food, service and reasonable prices.
Durante un viaggio a Firenze, abbiamo deciso di cenare in questa trattoria. La proprietaria molto alla mano, ci ha subito messi a nostro agio e consigliato dei piatti. Noi abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, e bruschette (anche senza glutine), e poi due fette di pollo con patate (strabuone! e una fiorentina. Tutto è risultato molto gustoso e dai sapori bilanciati!Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Consigliato
Family managed restaurant. Mommy came to restaurant to help with her kids just out of school, sitting apart telling them to behave, eat and don’t disturb others. Their lunch formula is blue plate specials. With 17,00 we got two dishes, ordered ribollita (reboiled and tripe (beans and beans but I like it! but there were other choices if wanted. Great cooked and plenty. Nice, simple, no frills, quick, hot, plenty, good priced, no service charge. Lots of locals mainly blue-collar workers. Lots of restaurants around here (really, lots of them plus the market which is not far from here really satisfied had had lunch here.
