Crimson course with walk and menu. a wonderful experience for nature lovers and culinaryists. the chef is an expert for fresh crooked ones that you don't have to buy but only collect. whether crimp soup or as salad, all that is otherwise disposed of in the garden, finds a new tasty meaning here.
An excellent restaurant, run by a highly motivated, polite and accommodating family. The food was of the highest quality!
We were at the Herbal Seminary in Reiners Rosine yesterday. We were warmly welcomed and received insights into the professional kitchen. The entire menu had components of wild/cuttered herbs. It's amazing what nature offers and we just look away. The 3-course menu was delicious, as well as the wines served. It was interesting to see how things just fit together. The subsequent herbal walk was also very revealing. Now it's the learned one when the concusers are a little bigger and possibly bigger. are also more visible, implement and at least start experimenting with it. I thought the seminar was great!
A beautiful bier seminar. effluent: explanation of the process of beer production. There are self-made and bought beers, depending on the dynamics of the group. at least that was my impression and no brewing course equals the other. there was a 3-course menu. eating was my personal highlight and I did not expect in advance. very finely tuned eating, which was very, very tasty. for me there are few restaurants in Heilbronn that can prepare and serve similar good food. a great experience for young and old with very good beer and eating. whoever may not miss such a cure.
